CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment at FREEHAND, you agree to our cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens, but time is valuable. We require a cancellation within 24 hours on appointments. If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 50% of service fee is required before rebooking with any FREEHAND stylist. No call/ No show of a confirmed appointment will result in a 100% of service fee prior to rebooking with a FREEHAND stylist.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is at your stylists discretion to reschedule you appointment in an effort to avoid disruption to other scheduled appointments or the quality of your hair service.

All special event/ offsite deposits are non refundable.
